CWST Branch invite all members to our meeting where we will be holding a discussion on the impact of universal credit, PIP and DWP sanctions on people in Newcastle. We also will have a short section on targeted campaigning. We will have representatives from Unite Community present to offer advice and support should anyone wish to raise an issue affecting them.
The meeting will be at Holy Trinity Community Centre (upstairs room, there is a lift) at 7.30pm Thursday 8th February.
The meeting will be followed by a short selection meeting to select our remaining candidates for Thistleberry, Westbury Park and Northwood and Westlands wards.
