Tia takes her fight to Number 10

Continuing his support for Tia Copsey and her campaign for funding for the drug Vimizim for people suffering from Morquio Syndrome, Paul Farrelly met with Tia and her father as they protested outside Parliament in July.

After the protest Paul went with Tia to deliver a second letter to 10 Downing Street, following the failure of the Prime Minister to bother to respond to the first letter, written by Paul and co-signed by 14 other MPs, regarding Tia’s fight.

“The Government really has a moral duty to help Tia and sufferers from Morquio Syndrome and other ultra-rare genetic diseases by prescribing this life-changing drug “ says Paul.
