The final 10 days: EU referendum campaign

We started the campaign back on a freezing February day and, as I type, we are ending it with thunder and lightning (literally and metaphorically). This is the BIGGEST vote for many a year and it is important we work to the very end. So thank you to all of you who have turned out and helped so far and I am asking that we dig deep into our energy reserves with just a few days left for a final big push. So here are this weeks events, mostly led by Paul Farrelly MP:

Firstly: A reminder about the EU Referendum Panel Discussion Monday night at 7pm. This is for Labour members and voters only to allow for a fair and frank discussion. As the Labour Party policy is to Remain the panel is formed from pro-remain speakers but the aim is to allow those Labour members who are undecided or considering voting Leave to come along and to talk about the points that matter to you. We have a good number of responses from people interested so hopefully it will be a good turn out and a chance to meet and chat to other members. The event is on the website Event page if you are unsure where the Labour rooms are.
There will also be leaflets from the campaign for reform tour 'Another Europe is Possible' with Yanis Varoufakis and Owen Jones available - the key is to remain in and Lead Not Leave.

The leafleting campaign sessions are as follows:

12.30pm - 3.30pm (Paul Farrelly MP leading)
12.30pm - 3.30pm (Paul Farrelly MP leading)
6.00pm -  7.30pm ((Paul Farrelly MP and Allison Gardner leading)
12.30pm - 3.30pm (Barry Schofield leading)
12 noon - 1.30pm (Barry Schofield leading)
6.00pm -  7.30pm ((Paul Farrelly MP and Allison Gardner leading)
3pm - 5pm (Paul Farrelly MP leading)
6pm - 7.30pm ((Paul Farrelly MP and Allison Gardner leading)
2.30pm - 4.30pm (Paul Farrelly MP and Allison Gardner leading)
6pm - 7.30pm (Paul Farrelly MP and Allison Gardner leading)
10am - 1pm (Paul Farrelly MP and Allison Gardner leading)

And last but certainly not least is our final Town Centre Stall on Saturday 10am - 1pm with Paul Farrelly and Allison Gardner.
UKIP are deliberately turning up early to take our usual patch as clearly we are making a good impact (we have been out since February!) so we need a good turnout. Also as it is the last stall we have extended it by an hour and are starting at 10am. If you are meeting us in the Town centre then we will be near the Guildhall so keep an eye out for us (we will get there about 10.15).

Once again thanks to all those who have already helped and a big welcome to all the new helpers who are still coming forward to offer help, it is much appreciated.

All the best and hope to meet you during the week at some point,

(Allison Gardner: EU Referendum Campaign Coordinator)
