Dear Friend

This email is to welcome you to the Newcastle under Lyme Labour Women’s Network first meeting.

The meeting will take place on Thursday 30th March at Holy Trinity Catholic Church London Rd, Newcastle ST5 1LQ,

At this meeting we will have a chance to discuss how we would like the network to operate, ideas for events and campaigns, and ways to celebrate, encourage and support women locally, nationally and globally.

‘Bullying’ is the important topic for our first meeting.

We want to explore; What is bullying? What types of behaviours constitute bullying? Why is it important to recognise and respond to bullying? Is there a difference in the way bullying is experienced by women? How can we as a network take the lead in making sure that bullying is dealt with in a positive way which supports the victims and those who exhibit bullying behaviours?

This is a really important issue and we look forward to a good turn out where we can share experiences and ideas.

Let’s make sure our women's network is a thriving, exciting supportive and comradely community.

I look forward to meeting you soon.

Best wishes

Sue Moffat
